Please specify what "extras" (ex: symbols, shapes, extra details) you would like and what color/theme you would like the background to be based on my examples.

Starting at $60

Do you need a custom illustrated character reference sheet? These could be for your character about me page, character art collection and more! I will draw your character based on your design in 1 fullbody pose and 2 headshot expressions.

Please specify what fullbody pose and expressions you would like. You may also specify what color/theme you would like the background. Please see my illustrated examples!

Character Name Tag

Payment Method

All payments through PayPal or Cashapp (USD only). Include your name/username and commission request with payment.

Payment Terms

50% upfront before I start. Remaining 50% once you approve the low resolution final. Let me know of any major changes before final payment.

Completion Time

First come, first serve. I am not a full time artist. Orders may take 1 week to several months. I will keep you updated at every stage. Have a deadline? Let me know!

Refunds

Refunds available before I start. Emergency refunds based on progress stage:

Sketch90% back
Lineart70% back
Flat Color50% back
Shading / Details10% back

Full refund if I cannot complete the commission.

Progress Updates

Updates at every stage. Major & minor changes free during Sketch. Minor changes free during later stages. Major changes after Sketch = +5% to total price.

Copyright & Credits

  • Do not claim artwork as your own
  • Do not run through Generative AI
  • Do not use as AI training material
  • Do not sell the commissioned piece
  • Personal & non commercial use only

Contract

You will sign my Commission Contract before I begin. Only sign if you agree to these terms. Questions? Reach out first!

Artist Rights

  • I may use the commissioned piece for my social media and self promotion.
  • I may sell the commissioned piece as a product, unless stated otherwise by the customer.
  • Publication rights are reserved to the artist.

Customer Rights

  • You may use the commissioned piece for your own personal or non commercial use.
  • You may share the commission on your own social media.
